Cancellation Policies




The agency, the transporter and their representatives will act only as intermediary agents for the packages and have no responsibility for losses or injuries, accidents, delays, schedule changes, etc.
Any cancellation request must be informed by the owner that carried out the operation, either in writing via e-mail or telephone, with email, tour name, date on hand.
- Reservations made online, may be canceled 15 days before the tour that is contracted with the company "Cenote Azul".
In the event that the payment is made by the page, the refund will be returned in full as long as it does not pass 15 days from the date.
Otherwise, only 50% will be returned (per use Maintenance of operations).

The deposit (50% of the total) is not refundable except for the following conditions: for illness presenting, presenting medical certificate and original payment coupon, in case the force majeure cancels the service.
